168977 Login Guide

How to Log In to Your 168977 Account

Logging in to 168977 is simple and takes less than 30 seconds. You can choose between two methods: log in with your phone number and password as usual, or log in using an OTP code sent directly to your phone without needing to remember any password.

To keep your 168977 account secure at all times, our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all login sessions — the same standard used by Maybank and CIMB for their online banking. This means your login credentials cannot be intercepted by any third party during transmission between your device and the 168977 servers.

168977 also offers two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled through your account settings. Once 2FA is active, any login attempt from a new device or unrecognised location will require additional verification via SMS to your phone number. This adds a highly effective layer of protection even if your password is ever compromised.

You can access your 168977 account from any device – Android, iPhone, tablet, or desktop. Our platform runs fully through a web browser with no app installation required. Once logged in, all your games, transaction history, credit balance, and account settings are instantly accessible.

Security Reminder: 168977 will never ask for your account password via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. If you receive such a message, ignore it and report it to us at support@168977.biz immediately.

Three Simple Steps to Get Started

Enter Phone Number

Enter the Malaysian phone number (+60) you used to register your 168977 account. Make sure the number is formatted correctly without a leading zero – for example, 11-23456789, not 011-23456789.

Enter Password or OTP Code

Choose your login method — either the password you set during registration, or a 6-digit OTP code sent to your phone number. The OTP code is valid for 5 minutes from the time it is sent.

Access Your Account & Start Playing

Once logged in successfully, you will be taken directly to your account dashboard. From there, you can play games, make a deposit via TNG eWallet or DuitNow, check your balance, or claim the latest 168977 promotions.

Enable the "Remember me" feature for faster login on your personal device. Do not use this feature on public or shared devices.

Account Security

Protect Your 168977 Account With These Steps

Account security is a shared responsibility between 168977 and you as a member. While we do everything technically possible to protect the platform, a few simple steps on your end can make a significant difference in keeping your account safe at all times.

Use a Strong & Unique Password

Your 168977 account password should be at least 10 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Most importantly, never reuse a password from another account – especially your online banking or primary email.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA adds an extra layer of protection to your 168977 account. Whenever a login attempt is made from a new device, a verification code will be sent to your phone number. Even if someone knows your password, they cannot get in without access to your phone.

Avoid Public Wi-Fi When Logging In

Logging in to your 168977 account over public Wi-Fi at shopping malls, cafés, or airports carries security risks. Use your mobile data instead, or make sure you are connected to a trusted VPN if public Wi-Fi is unavoidable.

Always Log Out on Shared Devices

If you access 168977 on a computer or phone shared with others, make sure you log out fully after every session. Do not save your password in the browser on any device that isn't yours.

Watch Out for Phishing Attempts

168977 will never ask for your password or other sensitive information via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or social media. If you receive a message claiming to be from 168977 and requesting your login details, disregard it and report it to us at support@168977.biz.

Solutions to Common Login Issues

Sometimes a minor issue can prevent you from accessing your 168977 account. Here are solutions to the most common problems reported by our members, so you can get back to playing as quickly as possible:

Password not accepted

Make sure Caps Lock isn't accidentally on. Try typing your password somewhere else first to verify your input. If it still doesn't work, use the "Forgot password" feature to reset it — the process takes less than two minutes.

Account locked after repeated attempts

168977 will temporarily lock your account after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact 168977 support via live chat to unlock your account immediately.

OTP code not received

Make sure the phone number entered is correct and has a good signal. OTP codes may take up to 60 seconds to arrive. Also check your SMS spam or promotional message folder. Tap "Resend" after 60 seconds if you still have not received it. If your phone number has changed, contact 168977 support.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it first. Make sure you're accessing the correct URL: 168977.biz. You can also try a different browser such as Chrome or Safari to rule out a browser-specific issue.

Forgot the phone number used to register

Contact the 168977 support team via live chat or email at support@168977.biz, providing your full name and any other details that can help us identify your account. Our team will assist you in recovering access through a secure process.

Still Need Help?

The 168977 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bahasa Melayu. Reach us via live chat on the platform or by email at support@168977.biz and we'll resolve your issue within minutes.

FAQ

Questions About Logging In to Your 168977 Account

Password login is the standard method — you enter the phone number and password you set during registration. It's faster if you remember your password and are using your own device. OTP login sends a 6-digit code to your phone number that must be entered within 5 minutes — useful when you've forgotten your password, are using a new device, or want an extra layer of security without needing to remember a password. Both methods use the same 256-bit SSL encryption and are equally secure.

A 168977 login session will expire by default after 30 minutes of inactivity on mobile and 60 minutes on desktop. If you check "Remember me" when logging in on your personal device, the session can remain active longer — up to 7 days depending on your account security settings. For best security, we recommend logging out manually after each session, especially on shared devices or when using a public internet connection.

Yes, you can log in to your 168977 account from multiple devices – for example, from your phone at home and your computer at work. However, for security purposes, the 168977 system will send a notification whenever a new login is detected from a previously unrecognised device. If you spot a login that wasn't made by you, change your password immediately and contact the 168977 support team to have your account reviewed. You can also view a list of active sessions and log out of any of them through your account's security settings.

After logging in to your 168977 account, go to "Account Settings" and find the "Security" or "Two-Factor Authentication" section. Toggle the 2FA option to "Active" and confirm with the OTP sent to your phone number. From that point on, every login from a new device or after a long period of inactivity will require a verification code sent to your phone before access is granted. We strongly recommend all 168977 members enable 2FA, as it is the most effective layer of protection against unauthorised access.

If you notice activity in your 168977 account that you did not perform — such as unrecognised logins, settings changes you didn't make, or suspicious transactions — act immediately: first, change your password right away if you can still log in. Second, contact the 168977 support team via live chat or email at support@168977.biz and inform them that you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Our team will temporarily freeze the account for investigation and help you regain full control as quickly as possible. The sooner you report it, the better our chances of protecting your balance.
