Registration FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions About Registration

Before you register, you might have a few questions in mind. We've compiled the most frequently asked questions from Malaysian players trying 168977 for the first time:

Is registration really free?

Yes, it's completely free. No registration fee, no monthly charges, no hidden costs. You only pay when you make a deposit to play — and that's entirely your choice.

What documents are needed to register?

No documents are required during initial registration. All you need is your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your date of birth. Identity verification may be requested later before your first withdrawal as a standard security procedure.

Can I register using a family member's phone number?

No. Every 168977 account must be registered using a phone number in your own name. Using someone else's number may cause verification and withdrawal issues down the line.

How long does it take for an account to become fully active?

Your account is activated instantly once OTP verification is successful. You can make a deposit and start playing right away — no additional waiting period required. Further identity verification is only needed before your first withdrawal.

I didn't receive my OTP. What should I do?

Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP. Make sure the number you entered is correct and that your phone has a good signal. If the issue persists, contact 168977 support via live chat — we'll sort it out within minutes.

Only one account per individual is permitted at 168977. Registering multiple accounts violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings.
